Final Sales Policy: Once your order has been processed for final payment, there are no refunds or returns. Damaged or defective parts will be addressed through our warranty process.
Order Confirmation: After your deposit is received, a customer design consultant will confirm your unit’s configuration. Once full payment is made, your order will be processed for shipment.
Returns & Warranty Process

Due to the custom nature of Alumee products, returns and refunds are not accepted once final payment is made and your order is processed for shipment.
Damaged or Defective Parts
If any part of your unit is damaged or defective upon delivery, Alumee will resolve it through our warranty process.
Warranty Coverage
Aluminum Structural Components:10 years against material defects.
Honeycomb Roof Panels:2 years (excludes damage from excess snow, storms, or falling objects).
Optical-Grade Polymer Window Film:2 years against manufacturing defects (excludes punctures or impact damage).
