Shipping & Returns
Once your deposit is received, a design consultant will contact you to confirm your configuration and finalize payment details. After full payment, your unit will be processed for shipment, with all terms clearly explained.
Every unit comes with complimentary front-door delivery (please review our shipping terms for full details).
If any part is missing or arrives damaged, contact our support team immediately. We will provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the unit has shipped. However, we stand behind our quality and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
