Refund policy

At Alumee, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent experience for our customers. This policy outlines the details of our shipping process and clarifies our no-return policy once an order has been processed for final payment.

Processing & Payment

  • Final Sales Policy: Once your order has been processed for final payment, there are no refunds or returns. Damaged or defective parts will be addressed through our warranty process.
  • Order Confirmation: After your deposit is received, a customer design consultant will confirm your unit’s configuration. Once full payment is made, your order will be processed for shipment.

Returns & Warranty Process

No Returns or Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of Alumee products, returns and refunds are not accepted once final payment is made and your order is processed for shipment.

Damaged or Defective Parts

  • If any part of your unit is damaged or defective upon delivery, Alumee will resolve it through our warranty process.

Warranty Coverage

  • Aluminum Structural Components: 10 years against material defects.
  • Honeycomb Roof Panels: 2 years (excludes damage from excess snow, storms, or falling objects).
  • Optical-Grade Polymer Window Film: 2 years against manufacturing defects (excludes punctures or impact damage).

How to File a Warranty Claim

  • Contact us at hello@alumee.com with:
    • Order details
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos for evaluation

Additional Considerations

  • Order Cancellations:
    • Can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
    • After 48 hours, production begins, and cancellations are not accepted.
  • Local Regulations:
    • Check with local bylaw offices before installing your Alumee unit to ensure compliance with regional building codes.

Because each order is made just for you, and prepared with care and speed, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once your order is confirmed and shipped. This return policy applies solely to purchase made in Canada not earlier than June 3rd 2025 directly from Alumee Outdoor Living Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). 

NO RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM US FOR ANY PURCHASES MADE OUTSIDE OF CANADA OR FROM ANY THIRD PARTIES. 

 

1. Standard Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide returns or exchanges for any products purchased through our website or authorized distributors. Please review product specifications and installation requirements carefully before placing your order.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with damaged or defective components, we will promptly send you replacement part(s) at no cost to you subject and pursuant to the terms of Alumee’s limited warranty which can be viewed at https://alumee.com/pages/warranty-info and Alumee’s shipping policy which can be viewed at https://alumee.com/policies/shipping-policy .
