Alumee 10-Year Limited Warranty
At Alumee, we are committed to providing high-quality, durable outdoor living units. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 10-year limited warranty covering material defects in our aluminum structural components, as well as specific coverage for other parts of our units.
1. Warranty Coverage
Aluminum Structural Components
- 10-year limited warranty against material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and environmental conditions.
Honeycomb Roof Panels
- 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions: Damage from excessive snow accumulation, natural weather disasters, storms, falling trees, or other external forces.
Window Film
- 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions: Damage caused by impact, punctures, or misuse.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage from natural disasters, storms, falling objects, or excessive snow loads.
- Normal wear and tear (fading, discoloration, scratches).
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications.
- Failure to perform regular maintenance (refer to Alumee Care and Maintenance Guide).
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
Step 1: Contact Alumee Customer Support

- Provide:
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photographs (if possible)
- Proof of purchase
Step 2: Evaluation
- Our team will assess the claim, request additional information if needed, and may arrange an on-site inspection.
Step 3: Resolution
- If approved, Alumee will repair or replace the defective component with new or refurbished parts of equal quality.
4. Important Considerations
- Installation & Maintenance: Proper installation and regular maintenance are required for warranty validity (refer to the Alumee Care and Maintenance Guide).
- Local Regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes before installation. Alumee is not responsible for non-compliance issues.
- Snow & Debris Accumulation: Regularly clear snow and debris from roof panels. Damage due to neglect is not covered.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Alumee’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective components.
- No liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
- Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusion of incidental/consequential damages.
6. Warranty Registration
- Register your Alumee unit within 30 days of purchase via the warranty registration form on our website.
- Failure to register may result in delays or denial of claims.
7. Transferability
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- Not transferable without written consent from Alumee.
8. Governing Law
- Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the original purchase was made.
